Converting a model

How to convert a YOLO model to ONNX

Prerequisites

Only Pytorch (.pt) models can be converted. If your model is engine format then it can't be converted.

Install Python

Make sure you have Python installed

Install Requirements

  1. Open command prompt
  2. Type "pip install ultralytics"

Converting the model to ONNX

  1. Open the folder that has the model
  2. In the directory, type "cmd" and press enter
  3. Run the following command: "yolo export model=best.pt format=onnx imgsz=256 batch=1 opset=17 half=False dynamic=False simplify=True nms=False"
