Fixes

Low FPS & Performance Issues

There are a few common reasons for low fps.

Duplicate frames

When "allow duplicate frames" is turned off, only new frames will be captured. This is not a bug, it is a feature. Capturing duplicate frames is unnecessary and actually harms performance. It is recommended to keep allow duplicate frames turned off. Your frames will be low if nothing is moving on the screen, but as soon as something moves on your screen, the frames will match your refresh rate assuming your PC can handle it.

Multiple instances are open

Make sure you only have one Inchro or Lunar V2 instance running. If you start Inchro or Lunar using the Python UI, you do not need to run the exe.

CPU being used instead of GPU

Check your config and change the device ID. If it's set to 0, trying changing it to 1, or vice versa.

Your model is too large

Make sure you are using a nano or small model. Larger weights and large image size models use more resources and can lower FPS.

Your GPU may not be powerful enough

We recommend an RTX 3060 or better. Less powerful GPUs may struggle.

Game graphics too high

High graphics settings use a lot of your GPU. Make sure they are low.
